Ep #54 - When a Client Won't Pay what they Owe
Have you been "ripped off" (unpaid) by a client that you did work for? Here I share how to AVOID being stiffed by a client after you did the work. And I have a suggestion as to how to handle it if it happened to you.
An artist brought me this question after she painted a wall mural and the client would not pay her. This happens more often than you can imagine. That's why I never start a mural project without 50% up front and I do not leave the mural site until it's paid in full. And, proper communication up front, with written emails/texts showing client approval along the way, avoids this, as I share in this episode.
