Big Belly Breath - A less than Five Minute GENTLE, GUIDED BREATH WORK FOR CHILDREN and ADULTS!  We are going to do a Big Belly Breath exercise that you can do anytime you want to feel very calm and peaceful.

Note to adult: This guided breath will help a child get into a calm state. It puts them into their bodies and gives them a practice they can do anytime, if they feel the need to calm themselves.
