Each month has a specific Intention, carefully curated to generate a positive shift in your mind, body & spirit.

We meet for One Hour via Zoom, LIVE, on the fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. PST / 9:00 p.m. EST.

(Some months we meet on a different date which will be noted)

Membership fees are charged monthly.
